Mohammed Duraab Khan, 26, was fatally wounded at the Texaco on Meadow Lane in Lady Bay
A man who died after being stabbed at a petrol station suffered wounds to his arm and torso, an inquest which opened into his death was told. at around 6.20pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
Police were called to the scene but he died a short time later. A man, 22-year-old Haseeb Majid of Wilford Crescent, The Meadows, has since been charged with his murder. At the inquest opening into the death of Mr Khan on Wednesday , Assistant Coroner for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Sarah Jane Wood explained that a post-mortem examination had determined that the stab wounds to his left arm and torso caused his death. Mr Khan, who was born on September 25, 1997, was identified after the incident by his brother.On the night of the stabbing, the A6011 Meadow Lane in Lady Bay was closed in both directions as about 11 police cars were in attendance.
