JUST IN: The number of confirmed coronavirus cases across the globe has now topped 21 million, according to Johns Hopkins University. At more than 5.2 million, the U.S. leads with the most cases.

The United States leads with the most cases -- at more than 5.2 million -- followed by Brazil and India.
