Coronation Street icon Helen Worth’s exit storyline REVEALED as legendary character returns for her final scenes
CORONATION Street star Paddy Bever has confirmed a huge return for Helen Worth’s exit storyline as the iconic Gail Platt.
"Gail won't die. It didn't feel like killing her off would be right. Gail's exit is a brilliant story. I thought, 'What do the viewers want to see? '" he told the Star. He added: ”Helen loves the storyline. She recently described it as, 'It's the perfect ending for Gail', which means I can“You don't want to give someone an ending they're not pleased with after such a long stint."
