Faye Brookes celebrated her 36th birthday while on a lavish Maldives honeymoon with husband Iwan Lewis.
To kick things off, Faye, who plays the role of Kate Connor in Corrie posted a snap to Instagram as she held up a bottle of bubbles in delight while on their hotel bed where she beamed at the camera.As the birthday celebrations continued, Iwan paid a special tribute to Faye's first birthday as his wife and spoke about their time in the Maldives.
The photo gave a closer glimpse inside their lavish hotel room at Cocogiri Island Resort which offers luxury accommodation and breathtaking views.Faye previously shared on Instagram that they have been staying in one of the hotel's water villas for their "last few nights" and said they felt "absolutely spoilt".
She wrote the caption: "We couldn’t have asked for a more magical honeymoon destination @cocogirimaldives made us feel very special and even more amazing that I get to spend my Birthday here … We are in heaven".
