.CLewandowski_ cuts deal to resolve battery charges in Nevada
Lewandowski was charged with battery on Sept. 26, 2021, after he allegedly made unwanted sexual advances on Trump donor Trashelle Odom during a charity event in Las Vegas.
The deal calls for Lewandowski to"stay out of trouble" for a full year, complete eight hours of impulse control counseling, and perform 50 hours of community service. The stipulations are in addition to a $1,000 fine, per court filings. If Lewandowski fulfills all of the parts of the deal, the misdemeanor charge will be dismissed.
"A misdemeanor case was filed, but we are pleased to say that the matter has been resolved. The resolution did not require any admissions by Mr. Lewandowski. The Court set conditions that Mr. Lewandowski will fulfill and the case will ultimately be dismissed," David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, Lewandowski's lawyers, told the Washington Examiner in a statement.Lewandowski was removed from a pro-Trump super PAC last year after the allegations against Lewandowski came to light.
