A 34-year-old man has been taken to hospital.
Cops were called to Coplaw Court in Govanhill at around 9.50pm last night following a report of a man being assaulted within his car by multiple people.
Police then received another call at 10pm about an injured man inside a supermarket on nearby Victoria Road. Emergency services responded and a 34-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.An eyewitness told the Glasgow Times the"whole length of the building" was taped off by officers and they were seen taking photographs in the car park following the incident.spokesperson said:"Around 9.50pm on Friday, December 2, 2022, officers received a report of a man being assaulted within his car by a group of people at Coplaw Court, Glasgow.
"We received a further call at 10pm about an injured man inside a supermarket on nearby Victoria Road, Glasgow. "Emergency services attended and a 34-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
