Cops investigate viral videos of shooting in Bandar Sunway
Subang police are tracking down suspects who uploaded a CCTV clip and two videos of a man who was shot to death in Bandar Sunway on Wednesday on social media. – Facebook pic, June 17, 2023.
Subang Jaya district police chief Wan Azlan Wan Mamat said police are tracking down the individuals who shared a closed-circuit television clip as well as two videos that had been making their rounds social media since last night. Meanwhile, Wan Azlan urged the public not to speculate about the incident and any unlawful behaviour will be punished according to existing regulations.
The second video is believed to have been taken with a mobile phone which showed the victim lying in a pool of blood on the floor of the shop, while the third video showed the suspects fleeing in two cars from the scene.
