Cops arrest ketum smuggler who hit minister’s motorcade

POLICE arrested a ketum smuggler whose vehicle rammed a motorcade escorting Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Nancy Shukri at Felda Mata Ayer in Perlis this afternoon.

Padang Besar district police chief superintendent Saifudin Aslin Abbas said the four-wheel-drive vehicle driven by the suspect hit two traffic police motorcycles and rammed a police car at 12.50pm.
