A POLICE officer accused of raping two foreign detainees will be arraigned tomorrow on human trafficking charges. Petaling Jaya police chief Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said the officer would be charged under the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act.
