Police say it was 6 p.m. on a Wednesday when someone parked a U-Haul trailer out here and blocked a lane of traffic. They were loading that U-Haul with the stolen copper cable from up there. They got caught after a police pursuit.

"Stop stealing stuff that doesn't belong to you," said a woman who lives in northwest Dallas. Her neighborhood has been hit multiple times.It's happened in Forth Worth and Arlington and even in South Dallas where another suspect was seen posing as a worker. Each crime leaves customers without internet and costs providers thousands of dollars.Barineau. "This is individual people committing these crimes and they're doing it right in front of us.
