JOHOR BARU: A policeman is in trouble after allowing his friend to hold a submachine gun while taking a picture together in front of a police station here.

Seri Alam OCPD Supt Mohd Sohaimi Ishak said that police detected a photo on Twitter uploaded by @evvok, which shows a man wearing a police uniform while smoking a cigarette and a member of the public holding a firearm.

“The picture was taken by their mutual friend in the wee hours of Wednesday at 2.43am in front of the Johor Jaya police station.
