Senior Constable Kristian White has been pictured for the first time since being charged.
Magistrate Roger Clisdell had lambasted the NSW Director of Public Prosecutions for allowing White to dial in via video link for his first court mention in July.Senior Constable Kristian White remained silent when peppered with questions outside court.It’s alleged White fired his stun gun at Clare Nowland after she was seen holding a steak knife while using a walking frame at the nursing home in the southern NSW town of Cooma in May.
The grandmother fell and hit her head, which resulted in a fractured skull, and died at Cooma Base Hospital a week later.The next court date has been set for October 4.
