The valleys and Inland Empire should also expect a 50 percent chance of light rain with temperatures hitting 60 degrees. Overnight lows will fall to 48 degrees. Beaches will experience showers with temperatures reaching 60 degrees Tuesday. Overnight lows will hover around 50 degrees. Mountain communities see snow. Expect a 60 percent chance of rain in some areas. Temperature highs will reach 38 degrees Tuesday, and overnight lows to 24 degrees.
Deserts will experience gusty winds of up to 50 mph on Tuesday, with a 20 percent chance of rain. Temperature highs will reach 51 degrees, and overnight lows to 36 degrees.
