June's First Friday sees art shows happening all weekend, with exhibition openings at MCA Denver and the Arvada Center.
We're in the midst of our spring campaign, and we have until June 7 to raise $12,000. This money directly supports the journalismproduces and helps keep our work freely accessible for all, because not everyone can afford to pay for news. If you value our work, please make a contribution today to help us reach our goal.
Up in the northern outskirts of Boulder along Highway 36, Seidel City will open its gallery space for Natasha Mistry’s, supported by a mixed exhibition of artists Lee Heekin, Darcie Shively and Daniel Strawn, with a photo gallery curated by Mark Sink for good measure. Mistry’s pattern-based practice spans mediums from ink and embroidery to watercolor, oil paint, mica and more.
