Oh, and FYI – prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication., whatever you want to call them, are scary to think about. So much cookware is laden with them, and although more research needs to be done on the potential health impacts, it’s good to be mindful of what we use on a daily basis.I don’t know about you, but there’s enough stuff to worry about and research on the daily. What we use to prepare and make food shouldn’t be one of them.. Known for their beautiful ceramic pots and pans, the brand now offers titanium and cast iron options too. They have all needs covered.I have a few pans in my kitchen: a small lilac frying pan, a large mulberry pot, and a limited edition terracotta pan from last year. TThey always wash up well and cook my food quickly and evenly. My housemates love using the pans too, and if I’m hosting someone for dinner, they’re definitely coming out for show as much as for practicality. I’ve been loving this set for both baking and cooking. I recently used this to bake focaccia, but I’ve also used to cook side dishes like potatoes. It’s multi-functional for both sweet and savoury meals. Great for one-pot meals, these work well on a stove and in the oven. I love using mine for slower-cook dishes where ingredients are slowly added to one pot. If you insist on using the dishwasher, the titanium option is for you. It’s the same as the ceramic pans, just made from a material safe to dishwash. Available in a range of pretty muted colours, the mini is useful for everyday cooking. Frying eggs, dinner for one, safe to chuck in the oven, too. These pans use a safe non-stick ceramic coating. You just have to allow 90 seconds to pass on the heat before you add your food.
