Scooped Cookie Dough Bar will open its newest location at 7211 Green Glen Drive, Ste. 102, near the University of Texas at San Antonio campus, owner Matt Weber said in a news release.Free cookie dough will be offered from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, to celebrate the location’s grand opening. “As a local, small business and the only edible cookie dough shop in the city, we’re thrilled to expand our reach and share our unique treats with the community,” Weber said.
The Scooped Cookie Dough Bar website lists a variety of flavors, such as Mexican hot chocolate and coconut chocolate, as well as more traditional flavors, like chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. According to its website, Scooped Cookie Dough Bar has another location in Bracken Village, located at 18771 FM 2252 on the Northeast Side.Gabby Jimenez is a digital journalist at KSAT.
