He wrote that he refused to sign paperwork about the commutation that was sent by the Office of the Pardon Attorney.
District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on Tuesday, said his conviction and sentence 'were the result of unconstitutional way in which the charges were filed, numerous violations of the established procedural statutes during the trial as well as multiple violations of defendants' rights—the inept work of the defense team were the very definition of inefficient assistance of counsel for one.
