A woman was concerned about the “alarming” messages that were sent to her business cell phone, said WPD. The suspect sent her sexually explicit text messages and videos, knew her name, and sometimes referenced what she was wearing that day, according to WPD. "The perpetrator indicated he would be sending a gift to her," WPD stated, but did not confirm what that gift was.The victim suspected the man who recently installed the security cameras in the building was behind the harassment, WPD shared. The phone numbers were linked to 57-year-old Robert S. Hocevar of Willowick, who the victim identified as the suspect, according to WPD. WPD confirmed Hocevar owned a security company that installed surveillance cameras and alarms in Northeast Ohio.
