The board said Adrian has not repaid any of the restitution owed to Tina Bueckert and her late husband, Ben, as part of the sentence he received in January 2019 forTina Bueckert and Ben Bueckert with various files connected to David Adrian’s fraud.Statutory release is mandated after most offenders have served two-thirds of their sentence in custody. The goal is to help offenders reintegrate into society while they continue serving their sentence on conditions until their sentence expires.

In August 2022, Adrian moved into a basement suite without his parole officer’s approval, according to the board. He disagreed with staff at the halfway house that he was evicted because he hadn’t paid rent for four months, saying there was an agreement that some of his rent would be waived because he was acting as a mentor at the facility.

“You said on the day of your arrest, you were going to start making repayment based on receipt of your full pension payment after some interruptions,” the board noted.
