Smoothie King’s GLP-1 Support Menu was created for people taking Ozempic, Wegovy and other medications like it.
The five drinks have names like Slim N Trim and The Activator, and they’re made with 20 grams of protein or more and zero grams of sugar.The Gladiator, a protein-powder smoothie with the choice of almonds, almond butter, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, ginger, kale, carrots and spinach, has 45 to 61 grams of protein, depending on the size. Each Gladiator contains 220 to 560 calories.
Smoothie King’s five new drinks lean into the pop culture significance of these weight-loss medications, which were called a ““With the rising use of GLP-1 medications across the country and our customer base, we want to ensure that Smoothie King provides the nutritional resources to match,” said Smoothie King’s Dallas-based CEO Wan Kim.
