Soon after, investigators managed to find video of a pair of suspects arriving in an older-model Nissan Altima, and then caught a break a couple of weeks later when they learned of a ballistic match for a shooting in Oakland from the same night. Rounds of information sharing, warrants and surveillance led Richmond police to arrest Enrique Ramirez-Calmo last Wednesday on a murder warrant, followed the next day by their arrest of an 18-year-old, who police declined to identify due to his status as a juvenile at the time of the shooting.
On Tuesday, the district attorney’s office charged Ramirez-Calmo and the 18-year-old with three counts each of murder and five counts of attempted murder, with special allegations for multiple murder and personal and intentional discharge of a firearm.or call an anonymous tip line at 510-307-8177 .
