The death of the 39-year-old, who was a month shy of his birthday, is being treated as suspicious.
A man who was found dead alongside a road in eastern Perth was "always in the wrong place at the wrong time", his family has said.Mother of slain man received ominous call day before alleged attack
"He had a great sense of humour, contagious laugh, but was always in the wrong place at the wrong time," his family said in a statement. Police said they still don't know how long he had been dead for or how he died, as they appealed to the public for information today.
