South African consumer confidence has declined to its lowest level in more than a year.
This as expectations of an economic recovery weakens.
The index held steady at seven between the third and fourth quarters of 2018 but this dropped to two in the first three months of this year.This points to dismal growth in consumer spending in the first half of 2019.
