is running in California’s 48th Congressional District, a newly redrawn district that represents much of east San Diego County.He’s challenging 11-term incumbent Republican Rep. Darrell Issa on the Nov. 8 ballot. Voting begins a month before Election Day.
Houlahan met with The San Diego Union-Tribune Editorial Board on Aug. 25 to discuss the 2022 general election and local and national issues such as how to reform the current immigration system, gun control at the state and federal level, student loan forgivness and more.Rep.
