"Sobrang bigat at lungkot ang aking nadarama sa pagkasunog ng ating Public Market Block 3 at 4. More than 1,600 ang kababayan nating nasunugan ," Go wrote in a Facebook post Sunday, March 12."Tutulungan natin financially ang mga nasunugan sa lalung madaling panahon . And thank you to all our fire respondents," added the veteran congressman, who personally went to the scene to check on his constituents.
