Davao City 1st district Rep. Paolo Duterte, through his son Rodrigo “Rigo” Duterte II, congratulates, the 40 graduates of the Philippine National Police ’s Public Safety Senior Leadership Course in Davao.This, in a nutshell, was Davao City 1st district Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte message to local police officers who recently completed the mandatory leadership course for non-commissioned officers.
“After the celebrations and as you return to your respective units and stations, always remember the teachings you learned in the past six months, for sooner or later, you’ll apply such knowledge,” Rigo said on behalf of his father. The PSSLC is designed to provide senior police non-commissioned officers with requisite knowledge and skills on general functional areas of unit administration, management, and leadership.
Rep. Duterte added that everyone expects the cops to be fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for management and leadership, after enduring six months away from their families to competes the course.
