ICYMI: Confederation mall suspect wanted on aggravated assault, forcible confinement charges
On Monday at about 10:30 p.m., officers attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of 8th Street East and Grosvenor Avenue that they believed Herman was travelling in.
Police say the driver refused to stop and evaded police before colliding with a post at St. Henry Avenue and Ruth Street East. The driver fled on foot and despite police searching the area throughout the night, the driver was not located. Herman is described as 6’01” and approximately 175 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair styled in a brush cut. He has a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm and a tattoo depicting skulls on his left forearm. The name Ryder is tattooed on left side of his neck and he also a tattoo of faces on his right calf.
It is believed Herman may be in possession of a firearm and police say that people should avoid approaching him.Article content Anyone with information about Herman’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Saskatoon police non-emergency line at 306-975-8300.
