Join Coney Island USA and Pnk Vlvt Wtch for The Great Coney Island Motion Picture Supershow, a night of cinema, performance and world premieres.
The event was curated by Dylan Mars Greenberg and will present an array of films by New York City’s premiere underground filmmakers like Philip Thompson, Justice Jones, Erma Fiend, Rev. Jen Miller, Lisa Hammer, Josafat Concepcion, Robert Prichard And Surf Reality, Tempest Creations, Pink Velvet Witch, Dylan Mars Greenberg, Tate Hoffmaster, Jeremiah Kipp, Angel Rose, Glitter Macabre, Steve W Thompson and others.
Some of the films presented include Greenberg’s “The Triangular Door,” featuring narration by Guy Maddin and appearances by artist Adam Green. Thompson will present his Sundance Fellowship-winning film “Living Reality.” Jones, another Sundance alum, will show “Notes on a Siren.”Additionally, the New York City bands A Place To Bury Strangers and Tony and the Kiki will premiere their music videos here, as well as pare $25 and sold online for those 18 years old and up.
