Captain Colin Morris, the longest-serving pilot of the Concorde, celebrates the 20th anniversary of the iconic aircraft's last landing at Filton Airport. He praises the Concorde as a testament to British design and recalls entertaining famous passengers during his time as a pilot.
It has been 20 years since the iconic aircraft touched down for the last time at Filton Airport , on the edge of Bristol.
"Our life was basically facing backwards entertaining visiting passengers, that was the fun of it. Just about everyone down the back was an enthusiast. The drooped nose was an iconic design feature to improve the pilot's view of the ground during take-off and landing.
