Clenney is accused of stabbing to death her boyfriend in a Miami condo in 2022. The murder charge has not been dropped.
Clenney still faces a second-degree murder charge. Jail records show she's been held without bond since August 2022. "There is no ethical way for that office to stay on the homicide case knowing what they know and what they illegally garnered from breaching those messages," Faccidomo said. Clenney, who had used the name Courtney Tailor on such platforms as Instagram and OnlyFans, fatally stabbed Christian Obumseli at the couple’s Miami apartment in April 2022 as the culmination of a"tempestuous and combative relationship” that began in November 2020, prosecutors said previously.
