) began as a cancer mutation visualization tool, and is now an umbrella platform behind published data portals including GenomePaint, Neuro-Oncology portal, and Survivorship Portal. Other high-profile initiatives include NCI Genomic Data Commons, American Society for Hematology Genomic Platform, and St. Jude Global Pediatric Medicine data dashboards.
The applicant should be driven by a strong interest in a career of data-sharing platform development for biomedical research. Applicants with proven track record in biomedical web portal development, and masteries for related technologies including Github, JavaScript, Node.js, R, Rust, python, SQL, and Linux are strongly preferred. While on the team, the new hire will be exposed to the many ongoing projects and participate in discussions with internal and external collaborators.
