, the decision to tighten or remove a gag order on trial against former Decatur PD officer Mac Marquette remains undecided.
Police Chief Todd Pinion and Lieutenant Joe Renshaw admitted the footage had been passed over multiple times between DPD employees. “They all played a part because they did not do what they should have done to protect the evidence of this case. They even said they didn’t look at it as evidence. That’s embarrassing,” said Perkins supporter Tommy Cook.
