Police said the 15-year-old "fell from an elevated position before first responders could make contact with her." "I felt absolutely broken, absolutely broken for a child who still has their whole life ahead of them to come to a point where they wanted to make a decision like that," Dudley said. "I feel broken.""It really hit close to home to me because I personally have two nieces that attend that school," Dudley said. "I have a nephew who attends that school."Demario Strickland, interim superintendent for the Rochester City School District, said each school is staffed with social workers and counselors to support students and staff as they work through their feelings and grief."I just really wanted to get the message out to our youth that you're not alone, you're not alone, you're not alone," he said. "I know at times it may feel like you may be alone, it may feel like you're by yourself, but you're not alone."
