Community star Joel McHale, who played Jeff Winger, thinks that the ongoing WGA strike could delay the filming start date for the show's long-awaited movie. First airing on NBC in 2009, Community ran for 6 seasons before coming to an end in 2015. Fulfilling the aspirations of the cast and creator Dan Harmon, Peacock officially announced last September that a movie was in the works.
