Marshall Neefe is facing up to 28 years in federal prison.
Marshall Neefe, 25, pleaded guilty to two felony counts of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting or impeding officers, according to the Department of Justice.
The pair talked about taking batons to D.C. “cause hot damn son I really wanna crack some commie skulls,” Neefe said. He also sent Smith a photo of a wooden club he called the “Commie Knocker,” according to prosecutors. and started hoisting and pushing a large metal sign into a line of law enforcement officers that was trying to keep the crowd from advancing.
Neefe was one of the people who went into the Capitol’s Rotunda and refused commands to leave, prosecutors said. Smith, a Shippensburg resident, has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
