Only new voters and registered voters who want to transfer their registration to another area may avail of the register anywhere services of the Comelec during the pilot test period starting Dec. 17.

The Comelec will run the register anywhere project in the Senate, House of Representatives, Government Service Insurance System and five shopping malls in Metro Manila during weekends from Dec. 17 to Jan. 22. The special registration will run alongside the regular voter registration in all Comelec field offices nationwide from Dec. 12 to Jan. 31 next year as part of the preparations for the Oct. 30, 2023 barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections.

Documents and biometrics data taken at the RAP sites will be transmitted to the concerned election office in the city or municipality where the applicant wants to vote. During the pilot test, the register anywhere booths will be open every Saturday and Sunday from Dec. 17 to Jan.
