The Comelec headquarters at the Palacio del Gobernador in Intramuros, Manila. has launched its voter education seminar nationwide ahead of the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
The drive started with a seminar on Jan. 9 and will continue until Jan. 13, the Comelec said in a statement issued on Tuesday.The first seminar was held in 30 schools nationwide, with satellite registration included in the programs. As of Tuesday, Comelec has conducted seminars for 3,787 senior high school students in the provinces of Isabela, Cagayan, Negros Oriental, Tarlac, Bohol, Lanao del Norte, Davao, Zamboanga, and Capiz.
