Comedian Jo Koy is bringing his “ Just Being Koy ” tour to the Frost Bank Center Sept. 7. Tickets go on sale at noon Thursday at frostbankcenter.com and ticketmaster.com . The show is the second date on the U.S. tour, which kicks off Sept. 6 in Houston .
