Alex Duong, an actor and comedian known for his role on “Blue Bloods,” has died at the age of 42. “With the heaviest hearts, we share that our dear Alex passed away peacefully this morning, surrounded by love and dear friends. He was comfortable and thankfully out of pain,” she wrote on the fundraising page.She added that his wife, Christina, and their 5-year-old daughter, Everest, were able to say their goodbyes to him before his death. “He was alert enough to say goodbye to his little girl, whom he has treasured every moment since the day she was born,” she wrote. Duong was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer called alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma last year. His friends, including Ronny Chieng and Atusko Okatsuka, joined together for a comedy fundraiser last August titled "The Alex Duong Has Cancer In His Eye Comedy Benefit Show."
