As climate change makes crazy weather more common, it could prompt a new urgency around getting vulnerable homeless people into housing and shelter, write anitachabria and Erika_D_Smith.

Record heat is fueling dangerous fires across California, pushing firefighters to the limit and creating ideal conditions for more blazes to spark and spread.
