Large hail cannot be ruled out. The tornado threat is low and mainly in northwest Ohio. Stay weather aware if you are spending time outside. If you hear thunder roar, head inside.
Behind the cold front, dry and less humid air settles back into the region. Temperatures will trend below average with highs in the low 80s for Thursday and Friday. Overnight lows will be cooler in the low 60s. Temperatures will trend closer to average in the extended forecast with temperatures in the mid-80s by the upcoming weekend.
