The House voted to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over audio of President Joe Biden.Still image from body camera video showing Noel Hernandez before being shot and killed by Columbus police officers while he held a makeshift weapon. Police say when the man charged at them with a sharp weapon—refusing to drop it after being ordered to do so in English and Spanish—five officers shot at the man, killing him.CPD says the five officers involved in the shooting have been placed on administrative duty while the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations reviews the shooting.

When officers showed up, they said they found Hernandez in the street holding the weapon and refusing orders in English and Spanish to drop it.“I cannot verify,” said Bryant. “When the BCI investigation is over, they will be able to determine that.”
