The City of Columbus and the owners of a controversialbus terminal on the west side announced an agreement to move most operations away from the site.

ABC 6/FOX 28 has covered the terminal extensively during that time. The location has been plagued by safety, security, and sanitation concerns. A person wasOn Friday, the city attorney's office announced an agreement that the property will only be used for ticket sales and bus transfers .

Pick-ups and drop-offs will be moved to John Glenn International Airport, Ohio State University, and a third to-be-determined location.Barons Bus will also submit an updated site and building plan to the city within 30 days. For 180 days, the terminal will have "sufficient" security personnel present to keep operations from being a "public nuisance."“Signing a court order to drastically reduce operations, address congestion and overcrowding issues, and maintain strict safety and security measures at the Wilson Road Terminal is a win for neighbors and the City,” said Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein.
