McEwen has played at eight Briers, seven while playing out of Manitoba and the eighth this past season, when heFlasch’s team earlier announced that third Catlin Schneider “will be going in a different direction.”, was eliminated in the C-event at the provincial Tankard. They represented Saskatchewan at the 2022 Brier and came up one step short of the semifinal, losing to Brad Gushue in a 3-versus-4 Page playoff game.
Flasch won the 2019 Brier and world silver medal with Alberta’s Kevin Koe, then landed back in Saskatchewan for a three-year stint with Schneider and the Marsh twins.
