Banish the Groundhog Day feeling by upping your saturation levels
This is not a feature on “how bright colours make you look younger”. They don’t. And what’s wrong with looking your age, anyway? I’m 56, and under no illusion that a pink sweatshirt can knock a few years off. But that’s not my aim when getting dressed in the morning – the intention is always to look good and feel comfortable in every sense of the word.
