As wildfires continued to batter Boulder County, Colorado, the mayor of Superior, Clint Folsom, estimated that"hundreds of homes" have already been lost to the infernos.Fire continues to spot and spread with extreme wind gusts.The entire town of Superior was also evacuated on Thursday afternoon, forcing its approximately 13,000 residents to flee for their lives.
