Netflix’s Selling Tampa star Colony Reeves shares more on her real estate journey, why representation matters, how to thrive in luxury real estate, and some new projects she is working on.
Given Reeves’ knowledge of the real estate market, she has been able to teach and share educational resources with clients and colleagues. Reeves illuminates: “Through real estate I have been able to ensure my clients are equipped with the tools needed to purchase a home.” And while she has grown as a leader in the luxury real estate field in Tampa, Reeves never stops learning and broadening her craft. This is reflective in her work ethic and the habits she leverages to thrive.
The new series, Reeves notes, is one of the first of its kind: “Representation on TV is extremely important, and the show did just that–gave visibility to black and brown real estate agents who are in the industry.” Following the season’s taping, women have reached out to share with her how inspiring the show has been, cultivating in them an insatiable excitement to get their licenses and enter the luxury real estate market.
Reeves has continuously received positive feedback on her outfits from the show. This has led her to launch a new workshop calledwhere she plans to share her style secrets related to getting into the right room and meeting the right people for entrepreneurs’ businesses. “I discuss the art of conversation, body language, personal branding, and style,” Reeves illuminates.
