Police previously have not said whether Malik Faisal Akram was killed by law enforcement, or whether he died by suicide shortly after the hostages escaped out of a side door at Congregation Beth Israel, ending the 11-hour standoff. None of the hostages were injured.It’s not clear how many times or where Akram was shot; his full autopsy report was not available Friday afternoon.
