For now, here is a projected look at the seeding and bracket -- plus a look at five more teams that have an outside chance of sneaking in after championship weekend and how the Group of 5 race stacks up. The Longhorns will face Georgia in the SEC championship, and their position could change based on that result. With a win and an Oregon loss, they could make a case for the top seed . With a loss, Georgia would earn a first-round bye as the SEC champion. Texas would still be in the playoff, but how far it sinks would depend on how the game unfolds.
