University of San Diego picked for second in West Coast Conference; UC San Diego picked for eighth in Big West; SDSU hosts UConn in nonconference series
College baseball teams have been dodging wet weather for much of the first month of the season.
USD’s starting rotation this weekend against University of Pacific at Fowler Park will include RHPs James Sashin , Garrett Rennie and Ryan Kysar. UCSD’s starting rotation for the series will be RHPs Michael Mitchell , Nick Gregson and Anthony Eyanson in the starting rotation for the series, with sophomore RHP Ryan Forcucci , taking the weekend off to heal a minor injury.
